Refund/Return Policy

CrystalPay is the Brand of CrystalPay Fintech Private Limited is a leading company registered under Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) Act 2013. We are DPIIT recognized company by Government of India. Subject to the Terms and Conditions, and other terms specific to each Service Plan, Crystal Pay will address your query using commercially reasonable efforts in providing appropriate solutions under the Services. In most cases, Crystal Pay will attempt problem diagnosis and a solution through Ticket, chat, email or Helpline. All undertakings under Service Plans are subject to Crystal Pay Fintech Private Limited Policies. You agree to pay all Services Fee and any other applicable fee/charges as service/product descriptions.

PAYMENT


Services against any Plan Order will be available once you have made payment for Services according to the requirements of the corresponding Plan Order. All payments against the plan orders will be collected by Crystal Pay on behalf of Crystal Pay Fintech Private Limited. Crystal Pay has no obligation to render Services under any Service Plan if the payments as required under any Plan Order have not been made.

REFUND POLICY


You will be charged with the amount of the then prevailing subscription charges as per the payment option that you selected at the time of availed services. At Crystal Pay, you get the most dedicated & useful deliveries of our services/products in a pre-defined and systematic manner. The company ensures the best deliveries on time with quality service. Sometimes it may happen that amount has deducted but services can’t be delivered successfully due to poor connectivity or technical problem. In this scenario our audit team identified these cases on regular basis and refund full amount to user wallet or primary payment method automatically within 3 working days. Products once delivered are non-returnable, except in case the same are damaged, defective, expired or incorrectly delivered and you are requested to read the return policy of each product listed at the Crystal Pay Platform before raising any request for return or refund and may be charged by merchant as per policy guidelines, if return charge will be applicable then it can be deducted from refunds amount. All refunds for returns and cancellations will be processed within seven (7) days from the date of return of the product subject to satisfactory checks and the refunds shall be processed in the same manner as they are received
If you would like to raise a complaint then you can file a complaint with a tracking Id within 15 days from the date of transaction. User can file a complaint by Ticket, chat, email or Helpline within agreed time period. if complaint is not resolved within 7 days by Crystal Pay team, you can write to our Nodal Officer Email id: compliance@crystalpay.in or appeal to Higher authorities as per our grievance policy.
